Shipping Time

We have two different fulfillment centers in the United States and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. 

We use SF Express, China Post, CJ Packet, USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

Our delivery will take 7-18 days on average. However please expect 2-4 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

In previous transactions, we have encountered many fraudulent transactions and were judged to lose by the Payment Gateway. After the transaction is completed, helping you change the shipping address will make us unprotected, so we cannot help you change the address that is different from the order. Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Note for taxes

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
