Refund Policy

Returns

Customers can return the unused products within 30 days of receiving a refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at service@hyperluxer.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.

Please note, we do not accept returns for masks, socks, and insoles items are due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within 2-3 business days.


Cancellation

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated, and therefore after midnight on the same day, you will no longer be able to request cancellation of that order. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

If you need to cancel the order, please contact our customer service team first, we will check the email every day before shipping, don't worry!


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we are happy to assist you.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us first and we are happy to assist you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong address refunds

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

In previous transactions, we have encountered many fraudulent transactions and were judged to lose by the Payment Gateway.

Therefore, if you asked us to change your address after the transaction has been completed, which might cause a series of problems such as loss of goods & theft issues, then we would not be responsible for that, and you were not able to receive the refund as well. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

1. Your order has not been sent out, please cancel the order before 12 am on the same day or contact us to help you change the shipping address ASAP.
2. The order is shipping to your address, then you can only wait for the delivery of the goods and then return those items to us and get your refund.
3. Do nothing. You only need to receive our package at the delivery address you filled in.
